About this site
This website is published by Dundee Roofing Services, a roofing contractor based in Dundee, Scotland. It is here to describe what we do and let you get in touch.
Prices and quotes
Any prices shown on this site — for example gutter cleaning "from £30" — are a guide to give you a rough idea. They are not an offer and not a fixed quote. Every roof is different. We confirm the actual price with you before any work starts, and nothing is binding until we have agreed it together.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige us to take on the work. We will come back to you as soon as we can, but we cannot guarantee a response time through the website. If your roof is actively leaking, phone or text us rather than relying on the form.
Photographs
Every job photograph on this site is our own work, taken on jobs we carried out. They show real outcomes but are not a promise that your roof will look identical — the work depends entirely on the property, its condition and what you ask us to do.
Accuracy
We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or current at all times. Descriptions of roofing work are general and are not technical advice for your specific property.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Dundee Roofing Services or its designer. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.
